Zhou Daquan, is an Assistant Professor and Ph.D. Supervisor at the School of Information Engineering, Peking University. He has been selected for the National High-Level Young Talent Program, the Singapore National Outstanding Ph.D. Award, the Top 100 Talent Portraits, and the World’s Top 2% Scientists list. He has led research projects including the NSFC Young Scientists Fund and the Ministry of Education Outstanding Young Scholars Fund.

His research focuses on robotics and agent decision-making, efficient hardware-friendly image and video generation models, and visual understanding models. His representative academic contributions include efficient network architecture design and model training works such as MobileNeXT, Fully Attentional Network, MagicVideo, StoryDiffusion, and HunyuanVideo. His most-cited paper has received over 8,000 citations. He has received Best Paper nominations at leading international conferences such as NeurIPS. His research has been published in top computer science conferences and journals, including IEEE TPAMI, CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, ICML, NeurIPS, ICLR, IJCAI, and DAC. He has served as a program committee member, reviewer, and keynote speaker for multiple conferences and journals. He was also a recipient of the Singapore President’s Science and Technology Award as part of a team.
